The Universe validity

The Universe validity is considered the standard rule of the universe (however, only in our universe, since other universes would be offended and complain very quickly and loudly because dimension-spanning standards rule is against the General Universal Agreement).
All fundamental laws and physical characteristics are determined by it. Each planet, each asterisk, each Milky Way and all galaxies must obey these laws. Exceptions are strictly forbidden and disregard of those rules results in the exclusion from the United Asterisk Systems, which is very unpleasant for a celestial body.
The Universal Validity is the universal unit in the complex interaction of the universe. The Universal Validity knows and is everything. It is the one who, sometime when the time was not yet so important because no one was around to take everything so serious, completely arbitrarily determined the laws of nature and the forces at its own discretion and purely for fun. The Universal validity is the one who knows what fun is anyway, since it is the one who invented it. In order to make it a little more difficult for serious scientists to detect the laws of nature, the Universal Validity added a few illogical inferences here and there. It had the most fun, however, with its invention of quantum physics where, starting from a certain point, everything becomes illogical. As a further hobby the Universal Validity possesses a gigantic asterisk directory (the thick book of the validity) in which all substantial characteristics of all asterisks and planets is noted. Until this day there is no picture of the Universal Validity, probably because of its size. Despite its size, it is only a tiny item in the hyperregion hyperverses. Although it is gigantically large by our standards, innumerable other universes exist parallel to it. That group of universes forms a quark community. Several quark communities create universal atoms, which then get together to form the universal molecules to become spaced out entities. Actually everything is only a question of opinion whether something is large or small. For time being earth technique is not yet developed enough to detect the individual microuniverses within the quarks with raster tunnel microscopes or to see the universal atoms with radio telescopes.
