The Trendie is simply a means of transportation, a type of bus. The Trendie moves slowly but surely to places, which it finds trendy, but it has not noticed so far that it keeps moving in a circle. If the Trendie comes upon a trendy location it takes a little break. And it doesn't mind at all if some riders sit down on its back and ride along to the next stop. Because all find Trendie cool certain idioms developed very early on planet Gnum about it. To be "all over that trend" means to ride its back, "you missed that trend" or "you're beside the trend", etc. One can wait for the Trendie but if that is such a good idea is another question since it is really very slow.
