The Boggelor belongs to the group of the one-legged Jetfootlings. The one-legged spring leg birds were domesticated already some centuries ago and as bar stools. Because of the seat fitted with springs and that pleasantly soft
oscillation of the leg feathers the Boggelor was very suitable for it. Full grown non-domesticated Boggelors can hurl themselves up to 40 meters in the air with their spring legs. Since they do this mostly quite spontaneous and erratically, it has always been important to only sit on the tamed Boggelors.
Since the invention of safety nets extremely wild Boggelors are a popular pastime at big parties. The sight of a Breggel flying 40 meters high in the air who was hurled by a Boggelor has become part of everyday party-life.
